All our wholesale brownies are pretty popular, but if you’re after our star bakes, you can’t go wrong with our Kinder Brookie or caramelised biscuit brownie.

Our brownies arrive pre-cut into individual portions. We offer classic rectangular and square-shaped slices. For exact sizes, please refer to our product pages, where we display the size of each portion. Each wholesale brownie box comes with 15-20 generous pre-cut slices. You can also purchase boxes of 30 brownies from our Impulse collection, each delivered with 12 U-cards, containing five portions.

The best-before information can be found on each box. As a general rule, our wholesale brownies can be chilled for 10 days. We recommend freezing on the day of delivery. Their frozen shelf life is up to 12 months and, if stored correctly, our brownies can last up to four days once defrosted. Our bakes should be stored in a cool, dry place and away from strong odours. They can be chilled for about 10 days. We recommend freezing and then defrosting the night before as and when you need them. Once defrosted, they have a four-day shelf life.

Brownies are best displayed in a cabinet or under a cake dome and should be kept at room temperature throughout the day.

Have leftover brownies at the end of the day? We’re certain this won’t happen! But if it does, simply cover and store in a cool, dry place overnight, ready to display to your next batch of customers on their morning coffee run or catch-up with friends and family.
