This is the ultimate Blondie. Our blondie is made using only the finest Belgian white chocolate, with a generous centre of zesty lemon curd in each slice, which is then topped with a Belgian white chocolate drizzle and a sprinkling of pistachios for added colour. It’s a real showstopper!  Serve alone or with a scoop of quality ice cream and a sprinkling of pistachios as the perfect dessert option.

On the practical side, cutting down on food waste is every bit as important to us as creating delicious cakes and bakes from the best ingredients we can find (in other words, it’s very, very important). It is why we deliver our cakes and bakes frozen, allowing all of our wholesale café, deli and garden centre customers to simply take out the number of portions needed for the day, saving the rest in the freezer for later. Our Lemon & White Chocolate Blondies are perfectly happy in the freezer for 12 months and last 5 days once unwrapped and defrosted. Needless to say, once on display, customers tend to make them vanish a lot quicker than that.

  • Store cakes in a freezer observing the Frozen Best Before Date
  • Defrost overnight in the fridge
  • Once defrosted, remove outer packaging and film
  • Cakes can be displayed at room temperature. At the end of the day cover and ideally refrigerate overnight
