Our delicious bakes from dispatch will last approximately 18 days. However, please refer to the side of the pack for the best before date. It is best to store in an air tight container once opened to keep the product as fresh as possible!

Each box contains 18 portions of deliciousness so there is plenty to share with your friends and family or just to indulge by yourself.

Please visit our info page to access our full allergens list. Our products are not suitable for people with nut allergies as all of our products are baked in the same bakery. However, our bakery is 100% peanut free.

Most orders will be delivered in 24 hours, dependant on time of ordering and location, the delivery may be 48 hours.

Our boxes are made in our bakery which is based in Oakham, Rutland, which is the smallest county in the UK.

You can freeze our product to preserve freshness but this should be done straight away once your box arrives on day of delivery so your bakes taste as delicious as possible.

We deliver all over the UK but do not currently deliver overseas.

No, sorry! We are primarily an online shop and we do not have the facilities or space for collections currently but we offer free next day delivery where possible on our Cakeout boxes, so you should be good to go!

In order to keep up with orders and due to cross contamination, we currently can’t swap flavours and offer this service but in the future we will definitely do something similar. All suggestions are well received!
