This LIMITED EDITION Spring blondie is a truly indulgent treat. Crafted with silky Belgian white chocolate, every slice is swirled with a generous ribbon of tangy Morello cherry jam, creating the perfect contrast between sweet and sharp flavours. It’s finished with a delicate drizzle of white chocolate and a sprinkle of vibrant freeze-dried cherry pieces, giving it a striking and colourful finish. A standout addition to any counter.

On the practical side, cutting down on food waste is every bit as important to us as creating delicious cakes and bakes from the best ingredients we can find (in other words, it’s very, very important), so you can freeze them on arrival. Allowing all of our wholesale café, deli and garden centre customers to simply take out the number of portions needed for the day, saving the rest in the freezer for later.

Our Morello cherry blondies are perfectly happy in the freezer for up to 12 months and last 4-5 days once unwrapped and defrosted. Needless to say, once on display, customers tend to make them vanish a lot quicker than that.

  • Please ensure your cakes are placed into the freezer as soon as possible (within 48 hours) once delivered
  • Store cakes in a freezer observing the Frozen Best Before Date
  • Defrost overnight in the fridge
  • Once defrosted, remove outer packaging and film
  • Cakes can be displayed at room temperature. At the end of the day cover and ideally refrigerate overnight
  • Shelf life guidance: 10 days wrapped on arrival and once defrosted 4-5 days
