This Sticky Ginger Cake is drenched with a zest lemon and ginger soak, making it the ultimate sticky ginger cake. It is then topped with a rich Belgian white chocolate and lemon frosting. This delivers a wonderful hit of citrus, which cuts through the creamy, moreish frosting
