Carrot cake is such a deliciously moist and moreish cake and ours is no exception. Our Round Carrot Cake comes packed with sultanas and walnuts, with a delicious Belgian white chocolate buttercream decorated with nibbed walnuts.

For us, it is hugely important that we create delicious cakes that are made with high-quality ingredients to ensure you have wonderful cakes to serve in your garden centres, cafe’s, delis and anyone who loves cake!

Our Round Carrot Cake is pre-portioned into 12 slices, which means less hassle for you when preparing the cake for your counter, and a 100% guarantee that your customers will receive the same size slice each time they visit. Food waste becomes a thing of the past thanks to our frozen baked cakes. Simply take out what you need for the day, and the remaining slices can be left in the freezer for later, if they last that long! We appreciate that no two days are the same in the hospitality industry and that’s why we are your secret freezer support.

  • Please ensure your cakes are placed into the freezer as soon as possible once delivered
  • Store cakes in a freezer observing the Frozen Best Before Date
  • Defrost overnight in the fridge
  • Once defrosted, remove outer packaging and film
  • Cakes can be displayed at room temperature. At the end of the day cover and ideally refrigerate overnight
