A spin on the classic Banana loaf, made with fresh bananas, dark brown sugar and lightly spiced with cinnamon to create a deliciously rich and moist loaf, which is then studded with dark chocolate pieces. It’s so delicious, your customers won’t even know it’s Vegan!

Our vegan Banana nut loaf  is pre-portioned into 12 slices, which means less hassle for you when preparing the cake for your counter, and a 100% guarantee that your customers will receive the same size slice each time they visit. Food waste becomes a thing of the past thanks to our baked loaf cakes can be frozen on arrival. Simply take out what you need for the day, and the remaining slices can be left in the freezer for later, if they last that long! We appreciate that no two days are the same in a café and that’s why we are your secret freezer support.

Our Banana nut loaf has up to a 12-month shelf life in your freezer and 10 days wrapped / 2-3 days unwrapped once defrosted.

  • Please ensure your cakes are placed into the freezer as soon as possible once delivered
  • Store cakes in a freezer observing the Frozen Best Before Date
  • Defrost overnight in the fridge
  • Once defrosted, remove outer packaging and film
  • Cakes can be displayed at room temperature. At the end of the day cover and ideally refrigerate overnight
  • Shelf life guidance: 10 days wrapped on arrival and once defrosted 2-3 days
