There is caramel shortbread and then there is Cakehead caramel shortbread. This wholesale traybake offers a wonderful balance of buttery shortbread, a thick layer of caramel and finished off with luxurious Belgian chocolate. This really is the best Caramel Shortbread for your customers, offering a wonderful visual cake to add to your display with its three defined layers. It’s a must for any café as it is such a favourite by all.

All of our Caramel Shortbread traybakes are pre-portioned into 15 slices, which means less hassle for you when preparing the cake for your counter, and a 100% guarantee that your customers will receive the same size slice each time they visit. Food waste becomes a thing of the past thanks to our frozen baked cakes. Simply take out what you need for the day, and the remaining slices can be left in the freezer for later.

Our Caramel Shortbread has a 12-month shelf life in your freezer and 10 days wrapped / 5 days unwrapped once defrosted. The cake measures 30cm x 19.5cm, 6.4cm x 5.9cm, 1270g
