Are your bakes suitable for people with dietary restrictions or allergies?
We cater for people who are on a gluten-free and vegan diet with our popular Vegan & Gluten-free Box, Vegan & Gluten-Free Brownie Box and Vegan & Gluten-Free Caramel Shortbread Box. As for allergies, we recommend browsing our allergen advice page and checking the list of ingredients for each box on our product pages. Allergens are listed in bold.
Where do you deliver your ‘Thank You’ brownies?
We deliver to mainland UK, including Northern Ireland. If your postcode doesn’t get accepted at checkout, please give our friendly team a call on 01572 758940, and we’ll be happy to help!
Can I send ‘Thank You’ cakes as a surprise?
Yes. If you would like to send a box as a surprise, we can simply leave out the invoice and we can leave the cakes in a safe place and send you a photograph (in case your recipient isn’t home at the time of delivery).
How does your delivery work?
We send our cakes using DPD’s next-day delivery service. With this, you will receive a one-hour window on the day of delivery so you know when to expect the cakes to arrive. The majority of our delicious bakes arrive on time but there’s always a small chance of hold-ups along the way. If you need help tracking your delivery, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to assist!
How long do the brownies and bakes last?
Our delicious brownies last 18 days wrapped. Once opened, they last three days if stored in an airtight container. If the bakes are frozen on the day of arrival, they can last up to 12 months.
