Our all butter Granola Tray is packed full of natural sweetness from almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, linseeds and a blend of dried cranberries, natural apricots and sour cherries. This Granola Tray is a perfect bake to have on offer for the breakfast sales, offering your customers a delicious option that is perfect for those on-the-go and in a rush.

Being able to highlight key products for different parts of the day is a great way to increase sales and show a change in your display. If you are running a hotel or pub, this Granola Tray is a great product to sell as an on-the-go option for your customers who are just grabbing a coffee and a bite to eat to have en-route to the office.

Granola Tray is pre-portioned in 15 slices, which means less hassle for you when preparing the cake for your counter, and a 100% guarantee that your customers will receive the same size slice each time they visit. Food waste becomes a thing of the past thanks to our baked cakes can be frozen on arrival. Simply take out what you need for the day, and the remaining slices can be left in the freezer for later, if they last that long.

Our Granola tray bake has up to a 12-month shelf life in your freezer and 10 days wrapped / 4-5 days unwrapped once defrosted. The cake measures 30cm x 19.5cm, 6.5cm x 6.1cm, 1100g.

  • Defrost overnight in the fridge
  • Once defrosted, remove outer packaging and film
  • Cakes can be displayed at room temperature. At the end of the day cover and ideally refrigerate overnight
