Our Gluten-Free Chocolate and Orange Brownie has been developed so that those on a gluten-free diet can still enjoy our delicious wholesale cakes. However, we’re pretty sure none of your customers will even miss the gluten! This intensely sticky chocolate brownie has a delicious dark chocolate drizzle over the top, adding a rich and luxurious finish to every cake slice.

Every Gluten Free Chocolate and Orange Brownie traybake is pre-portioned into 15 slices so that we take away the guesswork. Each customer has the same size slice of Chocolate and Orange Brownie, allowing you to make the same margin on every delicious portion. All of our cakes are delivered ambient, but can be frozen on arrival helping to reduce food waste. Simply take out what you need for the day, and the remaining slices can be left in the freezer for later.

Gluten-free chocolate and orange brownie has up to a 12-month shelf life in your freezer and 10 days wrapped / 4-5 days unwrapped once defrosted. The cake measures 30cm x 19.5cm, 6.4cm x 6.0cm, 1505g

This is the perfect dessert option, simply serve with cream or ice cream and you have a new dessert to add to your restaurant menu.

  • Please ensure your cakes are placed into the freezer as soon as possible once delivered
  • Store cakes in a freezer observing the Frozen Best Before Date
  • Defrost overnight in the fridge
  • Once defrosted, remove outer packaging and film
  • Cakes can be displayed at room temperature. At the end of the day cover and ideally refrigerate overnight
