FAQs
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses. Order before 1pm and we aim to have your box with you the next working day at no extra charge.
Is there anywhere in the UK you don't deliver to, and do you ship overseas?
Free next-day delivery covers mainland UK, but we don’t ship overseas. For Northern Ireland we deliver by Royal Mail rather than DPD. If you’re in the Scottish Isles or anywhere outside mainland UK, get in touch before you order and we’ll check whether we can reach you.
Our bakes are perishable and travel on a next-day service, so there are a few spots we can’t get to in time. There are no deliveries on bank holidays either, so allow an extra day if you’re ordering around one.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 1pm are aimed to arrive within 24 hours. Depending on when you order, the delivery date you choose and where you are, it can take up to 48 hours. We ship with DPD, who deliver between 8am and 8pm, and you’ll get a one-hour delivery window by email on the morning of delivery.
Do you deliver to locations other than London, Manchester and Leeds?
Yes, we deliver to mainland UK addresses nationwide from our Rutland bakery. The city pages above simply cover our most popular delivery areas, so if your postcode is on the UK mainland, we can get a box to you.
How are the brownies packaged for delivery?
Every box arrives in a cardboard sleeve, with the bakes wrapped in an insulated pouch to keep them fresh in transit. Portions are wrapped too, giving them an 18-day shelf life unopened. And if you’re out when DPD calls, your box will be left in a safe place with an update sent to you.
Can I send a brownie box to someone else as a gift?
Yes, and it’s rather good as one. Enter your recipient’s address at checkout, add a free personalised gift note, and we’ll do the rest. There’s no signature needed on delivery, and if they’re out, DPD will leave the box in a safe place, so the surprise works even if they’re not home.
