We have marbled layers of moist Belgian chocolate brownie and chocolate chip cookie dough, which is then filled with salted caramel made in house. It is then finished with a Belgian white chocolate splat, a salted caramel chocolate and crisp pearls for added indulgence. As one of our most popular wholesale brownies, they are the perfect treat; serve on their own or warm them up and serve with Madagascan ice cream for the perfect dessert!

On the practical side, cutting down on food waste is every bit as important to us as being a luxury wholesale cakes provider using the best ingredients we can find (in other words, it’s very, very important), simply freeze on arrival. All of our wholesale cakes for cafes, delis, and garden centres can simply take out the number of portions needed for the day, saving the rest in the freezer for later.

Our Salted Caramel Brookies are perfectly happy as frozen wholesale cakes for up to 12 months and last 4-5 days once unwrapped and defrosted. Needless to say, once on display, customers tend to make them vanish a lot quicker than that.

Store cakes in a freezer observing the Frozen Best Before Date
Defrost overnight in the fridge
Once defrosted, remove outer packaging and film
Cakes can be displayed at room temperature. At the end of the day cover and ideally refrigerate overnight
Shelf life guidance: 10 days wrapped on arrival and once defrosted 4-5 days
