Our delicious bakes remain fresh for approximately 18 days from dispatch. Please check the side of the pack for the best-before date and store in an airtight container once opened to maintain freshness. Once opened they have 2-3 days if kept in an air tight container. If you would like them for longer, they can last in the freezer for up to 12 months. When you’re feeling peckish, simply take out the freezer and allow them to slowly defrost to room temperature. Enjoy!

All our products are baked with almond flour as this helps keep our cakes moist and gooey, as well as some cakes containing hazelnut. This therefore means that all our products are not suitable for people with nut allergies. However, we can confirm our bakery is 100% peanut free.

Orders placed before 1pm are aimed to be delivered within 24 hours. Depending on the time of order, chosen delivery date, and location, delivery may take up to 48 hours.

We ship with DPD, who deliver between 8:00am and 8:00pm. You’ll receive your 1-hour delivery window by email on the morning of delivery.

Next-day delivery is available throughout mainland UK. For addresses outside this region, please contact us — we may be able to arrange delivery via Royal Mail.

We wish we could welcome you in person! At the moment, we’re online-only and don’t have space for collections. But with free next-day delivery on our gift-boxes, your cakes will arrive fresh and ready to enjoy!

Yes! To keep them tasting as delicious as possible, we recommend freezing them straight away on the day your box arrives. They can last in the freezer for up to 12 months. When you’re feeling peckish, simply take out the freezer and allow them to slowly defrost to room temperature. Enjoy!

Absolutely! You can add your own gift note for free at checkout.

Unfortunately not! Our gift boxes are carefully wrapped in Woolcool padding to keep your brownies safe and fresh in transit. Because of this extra protection, and also because our boxes are filled to the brim with delicious bakes, they won’t fit through a standard letterbox.

If you know you won’t be home, simply leave instructions for your DPD driver at check out, and your parcel will be safely delivered to your preferred spot.

It’s completely FREE! We offer free next-day delivery on weekdays. If you’d like a special Saturday delivery, this is available for an additional £5.

Sadly we do not offer a smaller size box. Our standard size has 18 portions. This includes 6 portions of 3 different flavours. If you’re wanting little and often, then we do recommend freezing on arrival and simply defrost a piece when the cravings hit!

Oh no! We always pack our boxes carefully with padded woolcool to keep your cakes safe and fresh. If your parcel or cakes have still arrived damaged, please email us at [email protected] with a photo, and we’ll do our very best to make it right!
