Lemon and ginger is a wonderful combination and this gluten free traycake is perfectly balanced with these two zingy flavours. Featuring a gluten free ginger base, with a layer of lemon curd and topped with lemon frangipane and a sugar coating. This cake slice is full of flavour, but none of the gluten, meaning it’s the perfect alternative treat for those on a restrictive diet.

It works really well when paired with both coffee and tea and is delicious served early afternoon, or with afternoon tea. If you are looking to add a dessert option to your menu, this Gluten Free Lemon & Ginger Slice is perfect when served with custard or cream.
