This is a wonderful twist on the traditional caramel shortbread. The addition of Belgian chocolate hazelnut caramel and caramelised hazelnuts takes this wholesale traybake to another level, offering a great visual gem for your cake displays. Like all of our products, our Caramelised Hazelnut Shortbread is baked with the foodservice sector in mind. We create delicious cakes you can trust, whether they’re served as an afternoon pick me up with tea and coffee, or as a simple dessert.

Our Caramelised Hazelnut Shortbread is pre-portioned into 15 slices, which means less hassle for you when preparing the cake for your counter, and a 100% guarantee that your customers will receive the same size slice each time they visit. Food waste becomes a thing of the past thanks to our frozen baked cakes. Simply take out what you need for the day, and the remaining slices can be left in the freezer for later, if they last that long!

Our Caramelised Hazelnut Shortbread has a 12-month shelf life in your freezer and 10 days wrapped / 3 days unwrapped once defrosted. The cake measures 30cm x 19.5cm, 6.4cm x 6.0cm, 1360g
